Return Policy

Simply contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to request a return authorization number. Returned items should be in undamaged, saleable condition and in their original packaging. A 30% restocking fee and roundtrip freight charges apply.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is defective or arrives damaged, contact our Brastilo Care Center, at 877-272-8450 within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly arrange to repair your product, or will schedule for pickup and issue a replacement, if applicable.

Warranty
